We invite you to join Oklahoma Alliance for Animals on October 24, 2015 from 6:00 to 10:00 pm at the Campbell Hotel, 2636 E. 11 Street for a casual evening in paradise at the premier of “Pits in Paradise.” You will enjoy a buffet of tasty cuisine, silent auction, raffles, wine toss, desert auction, fine wines and pittie coladas.
The event will benefit Amore Pit Bull Rescue for all the great work they do in our community rescuing and rehoming Pit Bulls while educating the public about the breed.
There is no better time to celebrate than in October because it’s National Pit Bull Awareness Month!
Pit Bulls are the most abused misused and killed type of dog in the US today. The problem is that there are too many Pit Bulls and not enough homes and people willing to adopt them. Stereotypes, laws, irresponsible owners and breeders cause the dogs the ultimate price – their lives.
Everyone’s help is needed to give the “Pit Bull” a brighter future. Can we count on your support? Your support will bring us closer to the day when all Pit Bulls are not discriminated against and can be what they long to be, loved!
