Unchain OK Fencing Questionnaire

Unchain OK is a program of Oklahoma Alliance for Animals, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Unchain OK volunteers work to reduce the number of dogs subjected to living on chains.

Please keep in mind we are a volunteer base program and rely on donations. We must prioritize the highest needs first, and might not be able to help every applicant.
