We currently offer three different type of low-cost spay and neuter vouchers. Read more about each one below.

A limited number of each vouchers are available monthly.

If you qualify, vouchers can be purchased at the OAA office, 7140 S. 69th E. Ave., Tulsa, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. You can also schedule an appointment to purchase a voucher outside of those hours by calling (918) 742-3700.

*DO NOT BRING THE PETS TO OUR OFFICE WHEN YOU COME TO PURCHASE A VOUCHER (we do not perform the surgeries).*

H.E.L.P Tulsa Vouchers

Helping End Local Pet-Overpopulation vouchers will work to reduce pet overpopulation by distributing low-cost spay and neuter services by offering low-cost vouchers ($30 per pet) distributed through our office to pets/pet owners living in targeted Tulsa zip codes: 74110, 74115, 74116, 74108, 74126, 74106, 74127, 74134, 74128, and 74130. The vouchers are redeemable at Spay Oklahoma. Driver’s license with a qualifying zip code or bill with address in owner’s name will be requested at pick up. Please bring $30 per voucher. We accept cash or cards.

FIX ME Vouchers

These vouchers are open to low-income families in Tulsa and the surrounding communities. Voucher costs range from $30 – $75. Please be prepared to provide proof of income or a form of government assistance when purchasing the voucher. Vouchers are redeemable at a few locations.

S.N.A.P. Tulsa Vouchers

Spay Neuter Assistance Program vouchers are open to low-income families in Tulsa and the surrounding communities. Vouchers are $30 each. Please be prepared to provide proof of income or a form of government assistance when purchasing the voucher. Vouchers are redeemed at a monthly pre-scheduled spay and neuter clinic held at Alta Vista Animal Hospital.
