
Thanks to a partnership with OAA and Spay FIRST, we are excited to provide a virtual course for animal rescuers, animal shelter employees and certified animal euthanasia technicians in Oklahoma.
The class is hosted by Oklahoma Alliance for Animals and presented by Ruth Steinberger, Executive Director of Spay FIRST.
The virtual course is free and provides continuing education credit* for Certified Animal Euthanasia Technicians (CAETs).
*This class is two hours of auto tutorial continuing education credits for Oklahoma certified animal euthanasia technicians.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
An animal cruelty investigation can be complex. This virtual course helps those who help animals in distress through alleged cruelty or neglect. We will review the Oklahoma animal welfare state statutes and how to best be a part of the team that gets a case from a complaint to the desk of the DA. Learn how you can help – not hurt – in an animal cruelty case led by law enforcement. Open to rescues, animal shelter employees and certified euthanasia technicians.
