Are you ready to take the 30 day “NO EXCUSE FOR ANIMAL ABUSE” challenge?Beginning August 23 at midnight you can join in the challenge by signing up to help animals. You will have the opportunity to create your own fundraising page to help OAA raise funds to continue combating animal cruelty.
The challenge will end at midnight on September 23, 2016. The person raising the most funds will receive an awesome prize (to be announced on the 23). There will be great prizes for second and third place winners too. Everyone raising at least $100 will receive a No Excuse for Animal Abuse vintage t-shirts and our new multi-use charm. Anyone raising a minimum of $50 will receive the “No Excuse for Animal Abuse” multi-use charm shown below.
This year we have seen more animal cruelty cases than ever before and assisted law enforcement in the most gruesome case of animal abuse and cruelty that we have ever seen in Oklahoma.
Funds raised from the challenge will be used to help the animals affected from neglect / cruelty with:
- Medical care for animals suffering from abuse and neglect.
- Necropsies conducted by the state lab to support law enforcement to provide a better case for the prosecution.
- Reward funds to post for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of an individual or individuals responsible for animal neglect or cruelty.
